Gordon Lodge is a low care facility comprising 50 single rooms with en-suites and a 10 bed low care demenitia wing. The lodge is situated on the banks of Lake Howard in the centre of the retirement village and offers permanent and respite care.
Gordon Lodge provides services from visiting allied health professionals – podiatrist, onsite physiotherapist and occupational therapy teams. A hairdresser service operates from within the lodge 4 days a week and other facilities include a village shop, a well stocked Library, onsite hydrotherapy pool and a large central activities room. There are also many lounges where Residents can attend activities or enjoy time with their family members or hold specific functions ie. special birthdays for Residents. The Dementia Unit - known as Rose Cottage is equipped with it's own lounge overlooking a picturesque lake supporting many varieties of water birds and other wildlife.

Included in the Estate facilities is an Aviation Heritage Museum and Club which comprises Restaurant and Bar for members and guests, together with Function Rooms. There are also 2 newly constructed synthetic bowling greens with safe undercover parking areas.
