The Air Force Memorial Estate (AFME), Bull Creek, retirement village is situated approximately 12 kilometres south from Perth and about 10 kilometres east from Fremantle, at the junction of Leach Highway and the Kwinana Freeway.

The Estate covers an area of 11 hectares and includes 237 self-contained independent living units in one and two bedroom configurations - (upstairs & downstairs) plus 66 spacious apartments in a modern six-level building. 

More than 300 residents live on the Estate providing a lively environment and an excellent standard of living.  Social activities and facilities include the AFA Club (central facilities), resident workshop, village day club, bowling greens, tennis court, outdoor BBQ areas, 2 community buses, chapel, gymnasium and heated pool.

The estate's central man-made lake and beautiful surrounding gum trees attract wildlife and provide a relaxing atmosphere enjoyed by residents.

AFME is home to the RAAFA Head Office, which also provides two large facility rooms where Branches and Groups are able to hold their regular meetings. A number of community groups are regular users of these facilities, including the Lions and Probus Clubs.
