The Air Force Memorial Estate, Bull Creek, retirement village is situated approximately 12 kilometres south from Perth and about 10 kilometres east from Fremantle, at the junction of Leach Highway and the Kwinana Freeway.

The Estate covers an area of 11 hectares and includes 237 self-contained independent living units in one or two bedroom configurations - (upstairs & downstairs). More than 300 residents live on the Estate providing a lively environment which, along with social activities including the AFA Club (central facilities), resident workshop, village day club, bowling greens, tennis court, outdoor BBQ areas, 2 community buses, chapel and heated pools offer an excellent standard of living for residents.

The internal man made lake and beautiful surrounding gum trees attract wildlife and provide a relaxing atmosphere to be enjoyed by residents.

The Estate has now commenced a major redevelopment with a new 66 Terraced Apartments building being constructed.  More information on the redevelopment and what it means for residents and future residents can be obtained from the Retirement Living Co-Ordinator, Maureen Winton, on 9311 4488.

The RAAFA Head Office building is also on this Estate and provides offices for staff and two large facility rooms where Branches and Groups are able to hold their regular meetings. A number of community groups are regular users of these facilities, including the Lions and Probus Clubs.
