The display covers the history of WA's commercial aviation, from the pioneering effeorts of Western Australian Airways, to the growth of competition bettween Airlines of WA and MacRobertson Miller Airlines, to the jet age.

Also featured is a display covering the work of Robin Miller, known as the "Sugar Bird Lady" for her work delivering polio vaccine around the North West. While the Museum does not have her aircraft, a Mooney 20 series, it has in its display a Wackett owned by her father, Horrie Miller, and a Horizon owned by her husband, Dr Dicks.
