Bull Creek AFA Bowling Club

The Club commenced bowling in 1972 as the A.F.A. Country Club later changed to Air Force Association and finally to BullCreek A.F.A. Bowling Club in 1996 to differentiate between its sister clubs Merriwa A.F.A. Bowling Club, and Mandurah A.F.A. Bowling Club. BullCreek AFA Bowling Club is open to Ladies and Gentlemen with equal rights with the proviso that they must be members of the Air Force Association Club. It is not necessary to be an ex member of the RAAF to join the AFA Bowling Club. The Club proudly Celebrated its 25th.Anniversary on the 2nd November 1997 The Men's section of the Club is affiliated with the Royal Western Australian Bowling Association Inc. (RWABA) while the Ladies' section of the Club is affiliated with the Western Australian Ladies Bowling Association Inc. (WALBA) During the summer months the Mens and Ladies' Sections of the Bowling Club are involved in pennant matches against other West Australian Bowling Clubs, and also 'State' Championship games organised by the RWABA, or WALBA. The Bowling Club has very comfortable amenity rooms at the AFA Club premises and four Pennant quality greens. "B" Green is floodlit for very enjoyable night bowling in the evenings.
