RAAFA  Amity  Village

                                                       ALBANY

PART OF THE COMMUNITY

Most of RAAFA Amity Village residents are expected to come from Albany and already be a part of the fabric of the town. Existing relationships will be maintained as moving to Amity is almost the same as moving house to any other part of Albany.
Although RAAFA Amity Village will have excellent on‑site facilities, experience indicates that nearly all residents will maintain their current memberships of clubs and community groups. One advantage of living on a retirement estate is that many residents find they have more time to devote to their personal interests as a consequence of significantly reduced home maintenance and gardening obligations.

ACCESS

The Spencer Park bus (Route 201) passes the estate six times a day Monday to Friday and twice on Saturday mornings and there is a bus stop in North Road only 20 metres from the Ulster Road roundabout. This bus will take you to the Spencer Park Shopping Centre and the Albany Regional Hospital, as well as the town centre.

Road connections are also excellent for journeys by car. North Road leads directly to Albany Highway and South Coast Highway
