The Cambrai Village is one of the new retirement villages  built by the RAAF Association in Western Australia and it is situated approximately 40 kilometres north of Perth and about 3 kilometres in from the ocean, on Hester Avenue.
The Village covers an area of 12 hectares and on the Estate there are 229 self-contained independent living houses of various styles, ie. 3 bedroom/2bathroom and 2 bedroom/2 bathroom.
The Village has AFA Club premises which include 1 Lawn Bowling Green, 1 Croquet Green, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Dining Room and Entertainment Hall. 
The Village is home to approx. 350 residents. 
A range of facilities, over and above those provided by the AFA Club, is provided for residents and Association members, including a chapel, library, outdoor barbecue, welfare office and a bus for transport to and from external activities.
Cambrai is only 2 kilometres from the RAAFA  Estate Merriwa and  shares a number of facilities with them.
